Rubber Compounding

EFACHEM develops and manufactures high-performance rubber compounds, primarily based on EPDM, to meet the technical requirements of various industries. The production facility is equipped with two Banbury mixers, one of which features an intermeshing rotor system, providing high production efficiency, process consistency, and reliable product quality. Supported by its manufacturing infrastructure and technical expertise, EFACHEM is also capable of developing and producing compounds based on other rubber types in line with specific customer requirements.

A significant portion of production is dedicated to EPDM compounds for washing machine door gaskets (bellows) used in the white goods industry. In addition, black EPDM compounds are developed and manufactured for washing machine and dishwasher inlet and outlet hose applications, in accordance with customer specifications and performance requirements.
