Rubber Injection Molding

EFACHEM complements its technical rubber compounding capabilities with integrated rubber injection molding solutions, providing customers with end-to-end manufacturing support. Equipped with modern rubber injection molding technologies, EFACHEM manufactures high-precision technical rubber components primarily for the white goods industry, as well as for a variety of other industrial applications.

A significant portion of production consists of washing machine door gaskets (bellows). In addition, EFACHEM manufactures washing machine and dishwasher inlet and outlet hoses, along with a wide range of technical black EPDM rubber components for demanding industrial applications. All manufacturing processes are carried out in accordance with customer specifications while ensuring high quality standards, process consistency, product reliability, and full traceability.

As part of EFACHEM's integrated manufacturing approach, rubber injection molds are designed and manufactured at the MEFA Group's in-house mold manufacturing facility located in Bolu, Türkiye. This integrated structure accelerates new product development, enables rapid mold modifications, and ensures efficient project management from concept design through serial production. In addition to molds manufactured within the Group, EFACHEM is fully capable of integrating customer-owned molds into its production processes, providing maximum flexibility for both new developments and existing production programs.
