Technical Black EPDM Components

EFACHEM possesses comprehensive engineering and manufacturing capabilities in the development and production of technical black EPDM rubber components for the white goods industry and a wide range of industrial applications. The products are manufactured using specially formulated EPDM-based rubber compounds designed to provide excellent resistance to mechanical loads, vibration, temperature fluctuations, ozone, UV exposure, and chemicals, depending on the application requirements.

The manufacturing process follows an integrated engineering approach encompassing application-specific EPDM compound development, rubber injection mold design and manufacturing, process optimization, serial production, and quality validation. Mold design and manufacturing are carried out at the MEFA Group's in-house mold manufacturing facility in Bolu, Türkiye. In addition to molds produced within the Group, customer-owned molds can also be seamlessly integrated into the production process, providing flexible and efficient solutions for a wide range of project requirements.
