The manufacturing process follows an integrated engineering approach encompassing application-specific EPDM compound development, rubber injection mold design and manufacturing, process optimization, serial production, and quality validation. Mold design and production are carried out at the MEFA Group's in-house mold manufacturing facility in Bolu, Türkiye. In addition to molds manufactured within the Group, customer-owned molds can also be seamlessly integrated into the production process, providing flexible solutions for a wide range of project requirements.
