Under the coordination of the OSTİM Rubber Technologies Cluster, a technical visit was organized to Babacan Rubber company for Gazi University BELTEK students to contribute to their professional development.
During the visit, students gained comprehensive information about the company's production processes, its development journey from its establishment to the present day, and the current state of the rubber industry. The program also included mutual discussions on the qualifications needed by the sector, career planning, and the professional goals of young people.
During the technical visit, students had the opportunity to examine production areas on-site, reinforcing their theoretical knowledge with practical application and gaining valuable insights into the industry by closely observing production processes.
At the end of the program, thanks were extended to Mr. Akman Karakülah, Ms. Özge Şahin, and Ms. Ece Baştuğ, representatives of Babacan Kauçuk, for their gracious hospitality and the valuable information and experience they shared with the students.
