1 - BABACAN RUBBER SPARE PARTS INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD. CO.

Established in 1986, our company provides spare parts sales services for many sectors, primarily hydraulic sealing elements for construction machinery. Our product groups include O-rings, X-rings, D-rings, various gaskets, oil seals, piston seals, various seals, packings, vibration dampers, etc. Initially, our company sold products sourced directly from expert manufacturers. Since the 1990s, we have expanded into international markets, initiating import and export activities. Starting as a small business, our company has rapidly progressed by accurately understanding customer needs and expectations and adhering to a principle of timely delivery.

Thanks to the foresight and determination of its management, our company, which had proven itself in the sector, decided to start production in 1997 and established Babacan Endüstri Ltd.Şti.

The 2000s were a period of significant growth for our company. We expanded our product range to include hydraulic rock breakers, all spare parts for breakers, and hydraulic spare parts and metal components for excavators. We employed qualified personnel to provide technical services in these areas. During the same period, we opened our own showroom and began marketing our products there. In 2010, we signed distributorship agreements with KASTAŞ, and in 2011 with SIMRIT, further diversifying our service offerings.

Our company is the only one in its sector that brings together the widest variety of products. Our customers have developed the image that "If you can't find a part anywhere else, you can find it at BABACAN." With a professional business approach, we closely follow the global market and are constantly improving our product and service diversity.

Our company was established in 1997 with the aim of meeting the requests and needs of our customers in the shortest possible time, in accordance with national and international standards and specifications.

Our product range includes: Oil Seals, Various Gaskets, O-Rings, Diaphragms, Vibration Dampers, Hydraulic Seals, Square Section Rings, Couplings, D-Rings, Dust Seals, Packings, Various Cord Fabric Gaskets, Bellows, etc. We also offer custom manufacturing upon request from our client companies.

The main raw materials we use in our products include: Natural Rubber, SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber), Polyisoprene Rubber, EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Di Monomere), Chloroprene Polymers (Neoprene Rubber), NBR polymers, Polyacrylic, HNBR, XNBR, Silicones (Silicone Rubber), Fluorinated Silicones (Fluorosilicone Rubber), and Fluorinated Elastomers (Viton Rubber). We can also produce from special rubbers according to the requests of our customers. Furthermore, we have the capability to produce according to Military Standards (MIL. SPEC), SAE-J, ASTM, DIN, TS… norms, as well as customer-specific specifications.

We have all the machinery we need for our production. As part of our continuous development and improvement programs, we are increasing and improving our machinery capacity day by day.

Adopting the slogan "QUALITY IS TRUST AND CONTINUITY," our company obtained the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate in 2003 to improve quality and efficiency, and revised it to ISO 9001:2008 in 2009.

***3 – AKMEPOL POLYURETHANE PLASTIC RUBBER MACHINERY MANUFACTURING IMPORT EXPORT INDUSTRY TRADE LTD.

Our polyurethane manufacturing company was established in 2010 in response to customer demand.

Both the TDI and MDI product groups of polyurethane are used as raw materials, with ester or ether-based products in the appropriate hardness and color to suit customer needs.

Our product range includes nozzles used in the construction industry, general-purpose vibration damping screen blocks, formwork springs, tracks for construction machinery, couplings, etc.

Production is carried out using a low-pressure, two-component machine with a maximum pouring capacity of 10 kg/min, consisting of two 100-liter tanks, and equipped with heating and vacuum systems, along with a post-curing oven of approximately 12 cubic meters.
