YDS is a Turkish company that manufactures world-class products for the military and security sectors, primarily technical boots, footwear, and textiles, as well as ballistic glasses, leather goods, and tents.

Located in Ankara on a 100,000 m2 area, YDS, incorporating the latest technologies in the world, is the leader in its sector with an annual production of 6 million farm technical boots. Ranked among Turkey's top 500 companies, YDS is the only company in its sector to be included in this list.

YDS, with its innovative approach, has expanded its product range in technical textile production in recent years, offering new solutions to the needs of the military, police, and outdoor sectors. For many years, it has been continuously developing its range of products, including uniforms, cold-weather parkas and trousers, backpacks, ammunition and ballistic vests, sleeping bags, ponchos, and tents, aiming to meet global textile needs.

YDS, with the Goliath brand and team it acquired in 2003, has become one of the most important suppliers of technical footwear/boots in the UK.

YDS, which holds international certifications such as EN ISO 20345/20347, ISO 9001, and OHSAS 18001, exports its products to approximately 55 countries outside of the Turkish market, primarily including the UK, Russia, Denmark, Oman, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, the United Arab Emirates, and Lebanon.

YDS has won the world's largest boot tender by turnover, opened by the British Ministry of Defence, and manufactures technical boots for the British army.

YDS has a quality laboratory accredited by the International Footwear Technology and Testing Center SATRA. The quality control of the raw materials and products used is regularly and continuously tested using physical and chemical methods to ensure compliance with the required technical specifications, European and NATO standards.
