Members of the OSTİM Rubber Technologies Cluster Board of Directors visited Lider Conta, one of the cluster members.
During the visit, the company's production areas were examined, information about their current products was obtained, the ongoing work was observed on-site, and assessments were made regarding the current needs of the sector.
During the meetings held as part of the visit, the company shared that it needed a solution regarding a technical issue related to the production of a sample product obtained from abroad. In the evaluations carried out by the cluster management, solutions to the said problem were presented and technical knowledge and experience were shared.
This visit has once again demonstrated that the OSTİM Rubber Technologies Cluster is more than just a communication network; it is a collaborative platform that encourages information sharing among its members, supports the transfer of experience, and produces solutions to problems through collective intelligence.
